Seeing Red

Yes you do see that right! It's a RED cutting mat. Does it make you all "HOLD YOUR HORSES RED CUTTING MAT!" like it did me? Because yes, indeed I did do a stop and double take when I saw Julie commenting on Facebook that she had the RED Miracle Mats. I didn't know such a thing existed out in the wild for us to purchase.

A few quick messages to Julie and the next thing you know I have one of these babies sitting on my table. You'll also notice that the wrapper is still on it. Come on, I'm still me! I'm traumatized over using it. So for now I'll keep it all pretty and contained.

Tomorrow I should have a finished project to show. I hope. If I'm not to busy staring at my mat. Hope you had a good weekend!

I have a red matt that was a Christmas gift from Moda and I haven't used mine either. Can't stand the thought of messing it up. Too funny.

I love mine (Christmas gift from Moda) and I will have them in my booth in Feb (local quilt show). It is nice and firm. Just wish I could get one table sized (and although I like red, I love pink).

Oh goodness, it looks so fun! Much better than the typical green. Now, if only they would come out with a pink one...that would match my decor better!

I have a big green mat on my cutting table, but take the red mat, which has a handle, with me to classes. Red is the color of love, and I do love changing up my mat colors!

Love it! I have a big blue one.... and a big green one... Not to mention I have smaller yellow & purple ones...
If I added red, then I would be well on my way to a rainbow! ;)
