Finally Friday

Good morning people! How are you this fine Friday? Took long enough to get here is all I can say.. what a long week.

Jubilee pillow

The pillow is done and you can see it's just ok. It has a bit of a crooked vibe, even though everything measures up. That kind of thing bugs me like crazy. Totally wish I'd put the silhouette more on the bias, I just like that look better. In the true PKM fashion though, I'm over it. It was fun and something to make and now I can move along. Live and learn. What I do love are those cute Go! Baby flowers. They are so cheerful.

So what's on the weekend agenda? I think I'll be working in the yard a bit. The weather is supposed to be nice, although it's creeping back to the high 80's on Sunday. Maybe I'll prep another project to get started on. I'd love some mindless sewing, next week looks to be busy! Have a happy weekend peeps! xo

I think someone is too critical of her work! A great display for the Jubilee! Of course love the choice of fabric!! Now sit back with that cup of coffee and enjoy your beautiful work!

I'm glad you're over it because I don't think there was anything to worry about. It looks great, especially with your other pillows.

Happy Friday!

Well pip pip CHEERIO! I think Her Majesty looks great ! (and now you can have tea --- or your coffee - with the queen everyday ! Don't forget to stick your pinky finger out when you have tea )

When you're finished having tea and crumpets with the queen, come for a blog visit - there's a new house (block) on Wisteria Lane :)

I love it, Pam. See nothing that doesn't "measure up. You have your tribute to the Queen and her Diamond Jubilee. Yay! I do love the floweres too. A whole house (RV) full of things made from PKM fabric couldn't make me happier.
Plan to work in the yard too, attend a Swim meet and All-star baseball games. Enjoy your weekend.
As always...thanks for the inspiration.

Oh my gosh, Pam's "just ok" is my "totally awesome." This pillow is genius. If you need to just hand that one over to me and then make another "more ok" version for your self (by which the rest of us mean "flawless") that would be fine. ;-)

Oh my gosh the pillow is killer! I can't wait to make mine. I had it all set for Saturday but Whitney came down and I had Nanny time. I can't tell if you finished the edges of it or how you did it. I've been wondering about that...
