What a weekend.
Long weekend right? I spent a good portion of it glued to the news and twitter hoping to hear news from my east coast pals. I hope eventually we'll hear from everyone and they'll be ok.
Didn't do much around here that was exciting. The weather was hot, so we did some outside stuff in the mornings and then stayed indoors the rest of the day. What about you guys?

Sunday I went to a friend's house for a sewing day. I was laughing because none of us got much done. We should call it a talking day! I made one 8" block and that was after redoing part of it because I measured wrong! LOL!
NH got whacked by ton of rain, especially Northern NH. Lots of floods up there. I live towards the south so we fared ok. Neighbors lost some trees but the winds weren't as bad as we expected. We never lost power so I got some sewing done!
Hi, here in Brazil we are almost entering the Spring season which I love! I stayed home reading lots of blogs ( new ones like yours) and cooking for the family. It was a great weekend!
PS: You have an adorable Blog!
I was glued to the tube since my bff and daughter live in New England..but they were spared thank God!!!! just a ton of rain but they didnt lose power!!!!
Watched alot of news. My friend Debbie who I do the one stitch off jewelry with has a son in the Navy at Norfolk. They moved out 60 ships and were at the eye of the storm. Holy Cow. Turned out to be soooo much better than expected. Friends daugther in NYC on Broadway went to higher ground and experienced it all first hand at 20 years old. Yikes!
