Panic Season

Good morning!  It's another beautiful sunny (also hot) day here! I hope you're having a good week.  It's May 1, can't you believe it?  I'm just popping in to remind you that the Quiltmaker 100 Blocks blog tour is going on.... have you been touring all the blogs?

no coffee
There are so many great designers with blocks in the magazine, it's been fun to travel from blog to  blog and see their posts and get to know some people you might not already know. Tomorrow is my day, so I'll be back to share my block!
Ok, back to work. It's countdown time, we leave for market in LESS THAN TWO WEEKS.

Gotta get hopping! And yes, I saw it 90 down your way. Ugh. I don't know what is worse heat or wind. We have an allergy season like no other!

Can it really be only TWO WEEKS?!?! It's good thing so much prep has already been done. :)

Enjoy those temps. If you get tired of them, send them south.

I hope you post your block early! I'm looking forward to seeing it.
I fear it's going to be a long hot summer for you.

Ugh the stress! Crazy. Taking this week off from stress. Youngest daughter got her wisdom teeth out and she's miserable. I can baby her for a bit. She's leaving on an 18 month church mission this summer. Not sure I'm ready to let her go. Allison got into my scissors yesterday and cut her blanket to bits. Lucky she only has a tiny cut on her finger. I don't know how she could make that many cuts. Maybe she's going to be a sewer like nanny? Doubt it. Just a destroyer! Good luck this week. Sew away. I know it is always stressful getting clothes and projects together.

I had to laugh when I read the title of your blog post because I'm in "Panic Season" too but for entirely different reasons! Can't wait to see all your pics of market as I obviously won't be going to this one. Hope to see you in person sometime after I move to California!

Can you please add an email to blog function!!! I would love to get your blog emailed to be every time you post! Look at that gorgeous flowers! And honest to God, your fabric and Cinderberry (because I cannot lie in this statement) are my ALL TIME, ABSOLUTE favorite fabrics. They are two totally different types, and yours is still on my top top fave.

Thanks !
