New Year's Eve!

Good morning people! It's a very frosty morning here.. check out my 'coffee chair'. It's dusted white with frost. We've had a couple of cold days that were preceded by some stormy days. You can see the base of one of my patio umbrellas that fell over, thankfully onto the little fence and not onto my pretty iceberg rose.

Bret is on vacation this week, but has had tons of work-work to do anyway. We're not having enough fun or accomplishing enough.. but it's nice to have the company at home. I'm trying to get my little sewing room in order to face the new year! I'd like to be organized. If you're making resolutions I'd love to hear them!
Hope you all have a fun filled New Year's Eve and that 2011 is filled with happiness for you. Thanks for having your pamkittymorning here with me again this year. You guys make my day!

Sew more, walk more, get out and do more, get the house organized, get my sewing room re-done, have a garage sale (yuck!). Whew, I'm tired just thinking about it all!

Have a Happy and PamKittyMorning New Year!!

I rarely make resolutions, but this year I am working up a good one... I want to be mean and lazy in 2011! It really amounts to getting enough sleep, and not letting anyone walk all over me, but it feels good and ornery to say: Mean and Lazy!
Happy New Year PKM!

So my first resolution is to write do my quilting plan for the year...I'll figure out the 5 or so "have to do" quilts and then fill in around that. In 2010 this got me twice as many finishes as the year before!

Hey there PMK,
I started already. I cleaned my entire sewing room. Yup.... 12 hours worth. Handled EVERY piece of fabric and every pattern and book I own. Some of it was so bad that it had to be put down.... down in the trash bin. Other things are going to the local quilt guild. It felt so good, kind of like when you organized your kid's rooms when they were little. Now on to other things of import! I know 2011 is going to be a great year.

Hey there, I'm organizing my 'stuff' for the New Year can't stand the Clutter anymore! I need 'SPACE'. You want to compare dustings? It's too cold here to sit outside and drink a cup of anything, it might freeze. I read on another Blog this morning that Happiness can be Ice Cream..

My New Year's resolutions are to not finish anything I started, not lose weight, not organize my sewing room, not work more efficiently ...... I thought maybe I'd try some reverse psychology this year ....:) BUT I DO resolve to be pleasant and cooperative (if I feel like it :)
HAPPY HAPPY NEW YEAR Pam !!!!

Happy New Year Pam Kitty!

This year's resolutions are:

EXERCISE AND REORGANIZE!

A little every day will go a long way. That will be my mantra this year.

My resolution is always quilt related. I spent two years on pressing! This year is making sure I have a true quarter inch and catch all the back fabric!
