Ho Ho Ho

Good morning everybody! Thanks for coming back here for the hop! Today we're talking Santa. Do you have a good Santa Story? I think this is the last time Frankie sat on Santa's lap. She's not one for that kind of thing, then or now! She's 4 here. The Cross Country Blog hop has been a lot of fun, hasn't it... and there's still so many days to go. All this Christmas talk has gotten me all fired up and I've started thinking about Christmas shopping. Today is Heather's day, so hop on over to her blog and see what she is sharing with us. And be sure and come back tomorrow.. its MY DAY!!

That is just the kutest pic. I don't have a story myself but I do so love going and watching the little ones in awe or terror of Santa and the elves!

I agree, Margi, our favorite entertainment at Christmas time is watching the kids sitting on Santa's lap - the only thing I really like about going to "The Mall" in December!

My daughter never liked sitting on Santa's lap. My son was ok with it but she wanted no part. Only a few pics of her w Santa where she was smiling.
I'm really enjoying the Cross Country Blog and it's helping me get into the Christmas spirit.

Middle daughter was our reluctant one. She just did not want anything to do with a costumed character, Santa included! Looking forward to tomorrow!

Looks like Santa had a quick escape route! My girls never were crazy about visiting Santa so we only have a couple of pictures of them.
The blog hop is great!

Santa is not always a big hit. I have pictures of my almost 2 yr old son screaming and crying 10 feet away from Santa. Wouldn't get anywhere near him.

We used to take our kids to Holiday World in Santa Claus, IN, where the REAL Santa lives! I love the pictures of the tanned & sweaty kids in their shorts & tank tops, sitting with the best Santa EVER. So much fun. They loved it, too. Great memories.

It just turned "tomorrow" here in Minnesota but I'm off to bed now and look forward to seeing what I will find on your blog in the morning. This blog hop has been kind of like Christmas morning for several days in a row. Makes me think of the movie "Groundhog Day". What quilter wouldn't want to wake up to a new project every day!!

Good Morning Pam: This Blog Hop 09 has introduced me to many new designers, and I'm so glad that I decided to hop. Love your project - especially since I adore coffee as well. Have the perfect the fabric to use on your project, and can't wait until I do it. Hopefully I'm one of the winners, since I would love to have your scraps!! Re: Christmas memories, although we don't have any kids, I love watching kids opening christmas presents and seeing their expression when they receive the gift that they were hoping to get. It's wonderful to see the innocent reactions and then the realization that their dreams came true. Here is wishing you and yours a wonderful, happy and joyous season! Sincerely, Carmela C. Sanzone
