Coffee out back this morning brought a real treat. Cool breezes and blue sky. BLUE SKY PEOPLE! We haven't seen a lot of that lately.
I sat on the swing for a couple early hours looking at magazines, watching the birds, enjoying the fresh cool air. And coffee people, there's always coffee!
Hope you're having a sunshiney Sunday as well peoples! xo

I never thought you'd see blue-not-smoked-filled skies ever again. I'm so happy you guys are in the blue again!
Raining here. I was pretending I was on E's trip to Scotland. Now I'm pretending I'm drinking coffee with you in your garden. Wouldn't you know it. I left my coffee cup on the patio and Binz knocked it over. May I have a refill?
It's a lovely day in the neighborhood!
I spent the day trapped on a rural detour in NE Ohio dying for a diet coke and some cellular service. Can I get a witness. But the weather was quite pleasant and I saw some wind turbines (a novelty around here).
More importantly, that was NW Ohio... my bad.
We get some blue sky here in NH lately but we have been having thunderstorms here every day! And tornadoes last week which luckily barely missed my home. Been a wierd summer here but it sure beats January.
We just got back from vacation and I finally just today got a decent cup of coffee. I mainly drink tea but sometimes a cup of coffee just does the trick. Now I'm not talking about the over-caffeinated, strong, latte filled, espresso "stuff" that they sell on every corner. I want old fashioned diner coffee! So that aaahhhhhh you heard today at noon was my having my relaxing Sunday cuppa Joe!
Hi!
We (Threaded Pear) were in back of The Quilter's Inn and across the the Acorn Company....you were so right, the wool is very nice.....bought the Seasons Pattern. Nice ladies in both booths......
Ahhh...it IS wonderful, isn't it? AND THE WINDOWS ARE OPEN and I'm almost a little chilly! How great is that?
A cool clear morning and a yummy cup of joe, sounds like a perfect morning! x
Love the coffee cup.
OHhh! That IS a nice blue sky! Yay! These darned fires have got to come to an end!
We spent the weekend at Willows, CA racing at Thunderhill but the skies were smoke-filled and gray with hardly any blue at all. We were so happy to drive back home to Sunnyvale and encounter blue skies again .... brilliant blue too. It was a very nice welcome home. :-)
THAT is a great coffee cup! Someone who loves you very much must have given that to you! Glad to hear you are enjoying being outdoors. We have been a little "hot" here lately and I have been thinking about you "California Girls" and your hot weather! I guess winter would make it worth it? I don't know, I don't do well in the heat.... thank God for air conditioning!
