Good morning everyone! How was your Monday? I had a nice day, started and ended on the back porch swing. Lovely morning and evening. Thankfully we're having a tiny cool down this week. Mostly its noticeable in the evening when the fog from the bay begins to perform its magic for us out here in the valley. Nothing eventful to report. Sewing. Staying cool. How about you? I expect more of the same today. Hope you have a good productive day!

have a great day Pam, I am off to work...sigh.
I am still here awaiting the arrival of my second grandson who is way overdue now. I have been spending everyday with my dear DIL so someone is with her all the time and since I don't work in the summer, I get the happy job of being with her and my 2yo grandson. Hope he shows up this week.
Sadly, the cool fog never makes it to our little town. Gets stopped along the way by those darn hills near Tracy. Just plain hot, hot, hot around here. Hoping a good delta breeze will suddenly pop up. Keeping my fingers crossed. Sigh
It's still going to be hot here today. However, I'm having brunch with a friend this morning. I get to actually talk to someone who is not related to me and is taller than 3 1/2 ft ! Wow! I won't know what to say!!! Not that I don't love my hubs and my grandson's and my mom and daughter. But a girl needs some girlfriend time once in a while to get her head on straight!
By the way, a little birdie (bunny) told us that you have been featured in a new book! Congratulations!!!!!
Have a great one!
Monday was great for us! We adopted another kitty. come on over and check the cute little one out. We need a name. Let us know what you think!
I was gone for the weekend and missed the birthday party. Hope it was happy.
Susan
It's been really cool here in Kentucky. Upper 70's during the day and low 50's at night. It's very unusual.
I'm leaving tomorrow to go on a bus trip with my quilt guild to the American Quilters Society Quilt Show in Knoxville, TN. Tammy Tadd will be there. I can't wait to see her and shop in her booth!
