you know I'm the wrong person to ask.... lol. the other day the girls in my family went to see Wicked and at dinner after the show somebody started taking about an old lady that went missing years ago and it turns out she was one of those hoarders and they found her underneath a big pile of her stuff that had fallen on her (sad) and my mom said that's what's going to happen to Dena only it'll be a big pile of her fabric. haha Can't wait to see what you make!! xoxo
. . . & arranging in pretty stacks, & petting, & dreaming about, & rearranging in bigger stacks, & drooling over, & refolding, & making the studio look prettier, & making another stack (with the additional fabrics that are adopted). . ., & then watching the stacks have competitions - as to who is the prettiest & can grow the tallest. . . & then maybe . . . just maybe, making something with. . . (& hopefully you can replace what you use with more of the same. . .
A lovely, wonderful 'problem' to have . . isn't it!? Sigh . . .
Can't help ya there. It does require just the right project...therein lies the problem... What if I assure you that there is more of it in your future???
I find it very hard to cut up polka dot fabric. I love them, I fondle them, I play with them but I can't seem to cut into them. It's almost like I'd be committing a homicide! Maybe that's the problem. We love them too much to harm them.
And for patting and for re-arranging, and for stroking and folding and spraying with pretty smelling ironing stuff, and for admiring, and for COVETING!! Yummo, where didja get that?
