March

So what were we talking about? Oh well, I don't remember either. Seemed like a long weekend here, with Bret home on Friday.

The weekends focus was on catching up, and so I got caught up with some more blocks! Is that your kind of catch up? Mine too. I'm still having fun with these, so will make a few more. But it's MARCH so it's time to start thinking more seriously about what new things we'll be making for quilt market. Ideas in my head need to start to manifest themselves on paper and even better in fabric.

Hope you had a good weekend peeps!

You get the prize for my favorite granny blocks PKM. They're just so fresh and cute. Can't wait to see what you're cooking up for market!

I spent my weekend at the Sewing Expo in WA. Oh what new ideas I came home with. Love your new blocks! Now I need to get in gear and get going myself!

Very pretty. I did a bit of sewing this weekend, and I made my mom a new mixer cover in some Pam Kitty Morning fabrics....love it. It's posted on my block if you'd like a peek.

March Madness of the Quilt Market kind--lots of hair pulling but worth it in the end. Hang in there!

I think each Granny square block gets cuter than the last.
Gardening over the weekend. Sewing today. It's 82 though and hard to stay inside.

Dude, you're killin' me with these granny squares! I have to white-knuckle myself into not starting. And every time I make it past the urge to start, YOU have to go and show these beauties.

BTW, it's nice to know I'm not the only one who doesn't like bias cuts on the edges of my blocks! (I was wondering if the world had gone mad there for a sec!)

hugs

I hope you're going to share what that flower block is. It looks so cute and whimisical.
