Monday
Good morning friends, how are you? Another day at the mine here, lots to get done, two weeks from today I'll be packing the car for the roadtrip to Salt Lake City.
Scenes from the yard. Of course you'd think with all these lovely pictures I had a little Eden out there, but sadly, not so much. Like most things here around the PKM household, it's better viewed up close, stepping back and taking in the whole scene could scare you. Honestly, with all the rain my back yard is an weed filled mess. No time though, will have to wait.
More sewing. New Flower Sugar, new projects. I hope you're going to like it.
Ok, enjoy your week. Can't wait to start revealing some things around here !!

L♥ve your cup, so feminine.
The fabrics are bad either, I, too, am going to embellish with some vintage red ric-rac.
Hugs,
Gerry
I can see why you drink coffee, you have the cutest cups! I know I am not alone on this one, but I can't wait for all the reports that come with Quilt Market!
I know what you mean about your yard and weeds. It is sort of Spring here and the weeds are growing like crazy, but I work at a nursery and am too busy giving other people advice to follow it in my own yard. I have been enjoying my lilacs though and their fragrance is my aromatherapy at the end of a day of hard work!
Enjoy all the close ups and ignore the rest. Bleeding hearts are a favorite always!
Thank goodness for the ability to crop pictures and take close-ups. I often wish I could do it in real life.
I'm excited to see the latest projects!
Have fun in SLC. My home town, BTW.
Oh ... and LTC. (Love that cup.)
Seeing as the easter Egg Hunt was in our garden I had to weed last week! Whew...glad its done and the roses are amazing this Spring.
Stifling scream! That flower sugar looks soo sooo darling! Can't wait to see you.
That pic is a tempting little tease of beauty and inspiration!
Would love to hook up during market, I hope you have time to make it to my shop!

Like you I'm running around trying to finish my work to allow me to make the long overseas flight to Quilt Market and be away for a couple of weeks. Your project looks adorable so I'm looking forward to seeing it completed.
Are we there yet???
