Never satisfied

Nope, I just never can be satisfied with what I already own. Why do I bother to buy fabric and squirrel it away? I had that apple fabric sitting on my sewing table for too long. I was over it. Needed a bit more of something else, so I grabbed Elizabeth and we dashed to Quilter's Inn for a little piece of something. Not what I intended but when I saw this Mary Engelbreit fabric I decided it would be great for Dee's pattern.

The shop was buzzing full of people and projects on the table, and old friends, lots of old friends. It was great. Back home I got to cutting. Stay tuned, I'm on a roll.

I clicked on your finished star pattern and saw it enlarged and it was perfectly sewn, but then I expected no less from you. You do beautiful work and I love your photos!

I know what you mean! I guess that is why my stash isn't getting any smaller. I just love the Quilters Inn. I have to limit my trips to the store.
Beautiful star, can't wait to see the rest of the quilt.

You do seem like quite the ME girl. I live in the town that ME built and it is funny that there isn't more of her around!!!! Especially since her store closed :(

And I'm thrilled you are on a roll, I am roll-less personally---- pass some on!

Isn't that just the way it is - never satisfied? Every time I buy another set of fabric or something for the studio, I say, "That is it, now. Use what you have and get your projects done!" The next thing I know, I'm back at the cutting table asking for something new. Your start pattern is perfect! -- Michele

Squirreling is what we all do, isn't it?

What a great outing. I haven't bought any fabric in forever.
