Weekend

Good morning my very special bloggy peeps, how was the weekend? Big doings in Livermore this weekend with Quilting in the Garden. Here a few scenes from the show...

Elizabeth, here with her son Eric, was one of the featured artists of the show!

Glad I got a chance to visit with Miss Jean.

I think you know me and Alex!

Our friend Denise was also a featured artist at the show.

It was such a hot sunny couple of days. If you are blogging the show leave your link in the comments and we can go enjoy your photos too.
Now hop on over to Pat's and Kelly's for a chance to win that big pile of Edge rulers!

I love the pictures! We have an outdoor quilt show here once every two years. It is usually too hot here in Central Florida, but it's so beautiful to see the quilts hanging from the trees.

How absolutely lovely! How bad am I? Stopped in at a quilt show and didn't even take any pics. For shame!

Yes, it was a great show. Beautiful quilts, beautiful flowers, wonderful friends. Just want everyone to know that it was near 100 degrees which is why I didn't look my normal perky self! Wouldn't have missed it for the world.

People pictures! That's what I was hoping to see. I went to the show this weekend too. I got most of my pictures on Saturday just as they were taking everything down. I love quilts airing in the garden. We have an airing on the Saturday before Labor Day. This year it was all around the downtown square and courthouse. Next year they are blocking off the roads to allow people to mill around. I'm adding you to my favorites. I figure if Pat Sloan recommends you...I best pay attention!
